Bookings
Once you choose to work with 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗼𝗽 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, the fun stuff really starts!
A party enquiry quote will be sent to you via email which will include: pricing, time/date availability, payment details, our 'party questionnaire' link and answers to any questions you may have asked.
All bookings require a £50 deposit, which secures the date and time of your event. The remaining balance is due to be paid, on the day of your event.
Our 'Party Questionnaire' will make sure that the party is tailored to the child’s interests, this will be sent in your quote email. Our aim is to make the process as stress free and straightforward as possible!
In the week leading up to your event we will be in touch regarding set up times and Kaytie J will send a personalised video message to introduce herself to the child and alleviate any nerves.
Our party host is fully insured and DBS checked. If you require these details for any venue bookings, please do ask.
